FOR THE 26TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR, THIS SEMINAR REVIEWS EVERY PUBLISHED AND UNPUBLISHED MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASE AND ALL RELEVANT DEVELOPMENTS IN NEW JERSEY MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LAW AND ETHICS DURING THE LAST 12 MONTHS. THE SEMINAR WILL INCLUDE LEGAL MALPRACTICE CASES AS  WELL AS A NJSC NOTICE TO THE BAR CONCERNING AN RPC THAT FIRMS MAY BE VIOLATING.
